WHO IS A GHOST CONSULTANT?
Ghost consultant?
There are people who charge for completing the form-filling service, help with Canadian visas, procedures at the embassy, offer an insured visa and a series of promises about the effectiveness of their services. _cc781905-5cde- 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
These people are not recognized by the Canadian Government. The visa officer will not contact them, they cannot follow up or provide additional information or correct any wrong information once the application is submitted. These people are known as ghost consultants.
Why NOT use a ghost consultant?
A ghost consultant does not maintain any type of license or accreditation or regulatory body that protects the rights of the consumer, that is why they sell their services at very low costs and also the value that the person obtains is low, null or even negative since it will alienate or confuse them. about their true options.
Many times they claim to work for a regulated consultant or lawyer that is located in Canada, but it is not true! Contact the consultant they represent directly and confirm it.
You do not have adequate legal or academic preparation according to the de ICCRC standards and you have no obligation to update your knowledge despite the fact that Immigration is a field of continuous change; and above all:
The Canadian Government and ICCRC go after those who offer immigration notices illegally and profit from it. The services of these agencies or individuals jeopardize your application and your credibility before the immigration authorities.
What should you do if you have been affected by one of these ghost consultants?
Report it anonymously by sending your e-mail to: alert@iccrc-crcoc.ca or by calling 1-877-836-7543
The information you provide will be verified and sent to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police - RCMP o to investigative and police agencies in other countries so that they prosecute the crimes of those phantom consultants.
Is it mandatory to use the services of a consultant to apply for a visa to Canada?
No, it is not mandatory. The Canadian Government allows each individual to apply at their own risk and expense.
